Membership Conditions

By connecting to the www.vote4it.co.uk site you undertake to respect the general user conditions which vote4it.co.uk will be free to modify at any time.

It is therefore recommended that you refer to the latest version of User Conditions regularly, which are available at all times on this site.

When you register, without exception, you agree to accept these terms and conditions before using the site.

Your active participation in our site is subject to adhering to these conditions.

You recognise that you have read the general conditions, and thereby declare that you accept them unreservedly.

Participation is free.

Several people from the same household may register and take part in vote4it.co.uk, provided that the conditions set out hereafter are adhered to.

The sincerety and comprehensiveness of the responses on vote4it.co.uk are vetted in all cases. Should there be any doubts, membership will be terminated.

Respect of Personal Property and Rights

When posting opinions on the site, all applicable laws will be respect.

The participant agrees to confirm to the following requirements, in particular not to submit any message or information whatever the format or nature which is:

  • Disrespectful of people with disabilities or illnesses
  • Of a pornographic or paedophilic nature
  • Inciting an offence, crime, or act of terrorism to be committed or citing apologies for crimes of war or crimes against humanity
  • Inciting suicide
  • Violating the private nature or any correspondence
  • Contrary to public order
  • Allowing third parties to directly or indirectly acquire pirated software, software serial numbers, software allowing pirating and hacking of information technology or telecommunications systems, viruses and logic bombs, and in general any software or tool infringing upon the rights of others and the security of persons or property

Any individual who directly or indirectly commits any of the above will be immediately terminated from belonging to www.vote4it.co.uk.

Email

The participant will not acquire the email address of other vote4it members or third parties with the view to launch email bombing, flaming, spamming, and all other operations aiming to prevent the normal functioning of the email of another participant or third party.

The participant commits to not encourage the consulation of websites which do not respect current legislation and all the rights mentioned in this document.

Any representation and / or reproduction of this site or any of its elements in concept, format or content either in part or in whole, using any process whatsoever, without express authorisation from vote4it.co.uk is prohibited and would constitute pirating sanctions, being liable to legal proceedings relating to articles of the Intellectual Property Code.
